Strange girl in an old photo

Pictures like these tend to chill me to the bone. You may remember our story about The old lady in the window, well this one is similar. Ghostly Images like these where, barring anyone simply lying through their teeth, really gets to me.

This photo was taken at a woman named Liz’s aunts wedding in 1942. It took place in Jasper, AL. First allow me to bring up the dress.
If you look closely there appears to be indentations on her dress. They appear to be larger than either of their hands and have an odd layout. Someone, with hands that large, would have to be laying down to cause the shape and direction these appear to be (in my opinion). Granted it could be a simple clothing cause.

Second point of interest is the girl behind them. Assuming no tampering with the photograph… the face she is making, more so the opening of her mouth, appears to be slightly abnormal than the shape and size of her head would suggest. I have examined the photo closely and you can see her feet. I am not entirely familiar with the style of the era but it looks like she’s wearing a night gown and not a dress.

I realize with photos like these you guys may think I am jumping the gun. I simply go by what I see and by what I can examine in the evidence. This is a photo of a wedding and while somethings happen at weddings to ruin this, such as someone ruining a picture, it doesn’t happen as often as you would think. That comes from years of experience at attending weddings.

It would be great to have the original examined and tested.

Jenner Museum Ghost

The Edward Jenner Museum has always had ghost stories surrounding it. A photographer for the BBC, one night, went to take some shots of the museum’s newest exhibit. When he returned to his office and reviewed his pictures this is what he found.

This strange ghostly image was seen through surveillance at Utah’s Pioneer Memorial Museum in October 2007, It was first noticed when security offers were alerted to some strange activity in the area. The highway patrol was called to investigate. When they arrived the face disappeared. It had appeared on their monitors, however, for more than 5 minutes. They did go and investigate the area in question but nothing ever came about. They have even recorded it a few more times since then.

“plasma streams” – false positives

I am sure that you have seen these squiggly lines of bright light that many people present as evidence of the paranormal. They call them Plasma Streams, Vortex, or Plasma Lights. Although to the untrained eye, these may seem paranormal in nature, there is a very simple explanation as to why these anomalies show up in pictures. The pictures are of light streams that might be red or green in color and are usually taken at night with a flash and a digital camera. The light effect is caused by movement of the camera when it is set to a longer exposure time, or by the shutter being open longer than normal. Below is an example of one of these “Plasma Streams”.

Leon, demonologist – An interview

Leon was formerly a member of GGH. I conducted an interview with him in an early entry. He has since moved on to specialize in demonology and helping people in need.

What do you specialize in now-a-days?
Now-a-days I am fully accepting God’s calling to be a biblical demonologist and deliverance minister. I am also in the process of writing a book about my journey from paranormal investigator to demonologist and deliverance minister.

For the readers, how many years experience do you have helping people experiencing paranormal phenomenon?
I have been researching the paranormal for about 7 years and I have been studying spiritual warfare and demonology for about half of that.

You’re in a new team. What’s the name and how many members do you have?
Actually as we speak I am in Iraq, however, upon my arrival I will be starting a deliverance ministry with my good friend who is an ordained minister. We will be affiliated with several teams in the state of Georgia so we can help more people. As of right now we do not have a name but we will be soon deciding on one. The only people in the ministry right now is my friend and I.

What made you start this ministry?
Well I was once the co-founder of the Georgia Ghost Hunters. The reason why I decided to part ways with that great organization is because I was being led by God to start my own ministry that helped people who were under demonic attack. When God called me to do that I knew the person to head it up with me and that was my friend who is an ordained minister.

Do you have a website, facebook, or myspace that people can see if they need your help?
Currently I do not have a website but we should have one up when I get back home in July. I do, however, have facebook and myspace. What do your other member’s duties include?
Well as of right now its only 2 people and that is my friend whose name is Jesse and myself. That’s all we know as of right now but by the time I get back we will have it fully organized.

What sort of experiences, outside of your own, have you had recently?
Where do I start lol. Since I started my studies into demonology I have been a marked man. The demonic has tried everything possible to scare me. For instance, every time I have received a demonic case something has tried to prevent me from going to help the client. It seems like sometimes it will just the smallest things but other times it will be something huge. I remember one case I worked with Jesse in North Carolina was a disaster from the start. On our way there he received a call from his wife saying that his little girl was riding her bike and fell and broke her arm. He knew that it wasn’t just an accident, he knew it was a direct against him and try to keep him from going to the case. Well it didn’t work. Because of us not turning around we were able to go to the house and at least win a girl to Christ who had practiced Satanism. I also dealt with a demonic entity that followed me home from a house that we went to look at to purchase. It started terrorizing my little girl in the form of a cat. It got to the point in which I had to cast it out of my house. Needless to say it hasn’t been back.

What experience do you credit for getting you into the field?
God’s tremendous calling on my life. I remember one night turning on the tv and sometimes I love watching TBN. Well for sometime before I felt that hunger to learn about demonology grow so much but I was telling myself no because I know the dangers of it. Well I turned the TV on to TBN and there was a minister preaching about spiritual warfare. Then I felt that tug at my heart grow more. I told God no I am not doing this. So finally I told God if this is what you want me to do then show me again. Well at that moment I opened my bible and the first thing I turn to is Jesus’ exorcism of legion from the crazed man. Then that tug at my heart grew even stronger. Then finally I gave up fighting it and have fully accepted my calling.

Got any evidence you could share with our readers?
As of right now no simply because all the evidence I have received is in Georgia Ghost Hunters case files.

Thanks for your time, Leon. Good luck with all your future endeavors of the paranormal. Any advice for our readers who may be dealing with demonic activity?
The demonic is a very nasty and cruel entity. The only thing it wants to do is destroy you. If you think you may have a problem with the demonic get help as soon as possible. When you reach out for help don’t go to some paranormal investigation group thinking that they will solve your problems. More than likely they haven’t investigated a demonic case. It is rare to find a group that has experience investigating the demonic. If you can find one then more than likely they have a demonologist on staff or had contacts with one. Keep looking till you fine a demonologist or a group that can appropriately help. Or you could just contact me at lonelysoul20032003@yahoo.com and we will help or point you to someone who can.
